As a Project Coordinator I was responsible for the management of Company project activities for estimation and delivery of a project to initial point of execution. This included the development of proposals/bids, plans budgets, and delivery of all equipment/tool/material for initialization of a project. As a Project Coordinator, I had to have the ability to work independently with minimal direction from the Project Manager. The role required a sound working knowledge of the technical specifications and standards used throughout the construction industry. I had to be resourceful and possessed demonstrated project management skills.
